• AI-generated blog post creation

• Multi-platform publishing capabilities
• Content management and editing tools

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Your Content: You retain ownership of your original video content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of generating blog posts.

Generated Content: You own the blog posts generated from your videos. We do not claim ownership of the content created for you.

Our Technology: Our AI algorithms, software, and platform remain our intellectual property.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubePosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• You may export your generated content within 30 days
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Outstanding payments remain due

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
